About The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You are the voice of arenaflex to our clients and serve as the crucial connection between our Sales and Operations teams. Our Customer Service Representatives embody a "second-to-none" work ethic and bring an upbeat, positive, and passionate attitude to every interaction.

By responding promptly to client requests and possessing the keen awareness to anticipate client needs before they're even expressed, you'll play a critical role in maintaining arenaflex's exemplary customer brand and ensuring our clients receive the support they deserve.

As a new team member, you'll complete a comprehensive 4-week training program that will transform you into an expert in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. Upon successful completion of training, you'll be responsible for delivering superior customer service and creating positive, lasting experiences for our clients. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference from the comfort of your home.

Our Call Center Hours

Our call center operates 7 days a week to ensure we're always available for our clients. The hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM CST
  • Saturday – Sunday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST

The ability to work weekends and evenings is required for this position, as we believe in providing exceptional support whenever our clients need it most.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Service: Above all else, provide exceptional customer service experiences over the phone by responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our comprehensive programs.
  • Active Listening & Problem Resolution: Through demonstrated effective listening, analyze client problems and provide information and solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Professional Communication: Employ strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls courteously and professionally, always representing arenaflex with dignity and respect.
  • Accurate Documentation: Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis, ensuring our client records remain precise and up-to-date.
  • Independent & Collaborative Work: Work efficiently and effectively to independently resolve client requests, while also functioning as a valuable team player.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Develop and maintain positive client relations and coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure client requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Operate a desktop computer to obtain and extract information; document information, activities, and changes in the CRM database for client accounts.
  • Resource Utilization: Utilize appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interpret, respond, and resolve client inquiries and problems.
  • High Volume Management: Handle a high volume of clients in a work-from-home call center environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Call Center Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center experience is required.
  • Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed recommended).
  • Home Office Setup: Ability to work from home in a distraction-free, quiet environment with a dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM Experience: Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Financial Services Background: Previous experience in financial services, debt management, or related industries is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software systems and technologies quickly.
