What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Care Professional on our Small Business Sales team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service while driving business growth. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Call Leadership: Service inbound calls while actively engaging and consulting with small business owners and decision-makers. You'll take the time to truly understand their unique business needs and recommend the perfect arenaflex Small Business Solutions products to help them succeed.
- Expert Product Knowledge: Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services. You'll become the trusted advisor our customers turn to for financial guidance.
- Continuous Sales Development: Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections professionally, and closing sales with confidence. You'll receive ongoing coaching to help you refine these essential skills.
- Extraordinary Customer Care: Provide world-class customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a remarkable experience that builds lasting loyalty.
- Accurate Documentation: Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all customer interactions.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer Service Expertise: A minimum of two years of customer service experience with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and resourcefulness. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Sales Acumen: Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Multi-Tasking Excellence: The ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation skills in a web-based environment.
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits are available for those looking to further their credentials while working.
- Availability: The hours of operation for this position are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM EST to 1:00 AM EST. You must be available for an 8-hour shift within these hours.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following would give you a competitive edge:
- Small Business Experience: Experience owning or working in a small business is a strong plus. Understanding the unique challenges and needs of small business owners will help you connect more deeply with our customers.
- Financial Services Background: Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry can be beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
