Tableau Developer; term

Position: Tableau Developer (12 month term) Location: Town of Poland The Tableau Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data visualization and reporting, including the design, development, and maintenance of Tableau ETL processes that create data sources that feed Tableau dashboards, among other duties. What You Will Be Doing • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau Prep/Flow ETL to ensure the data is available to Tableau reports. • Design, develop and maintain Tableau Dashboards as per requirements from internal stakeholders. • Work with the Data Visualization SME to maintain data visualization standards across all official reports. • Contribute to the Data Dictionary and documentation. • Troubleshoot Tableau Workbooks and Tableau Flow ETL data and performance issues. • Collect reporting business requirements from business stakeholders. What We Need From You • Extensive experience with the following technologies: • Tableau Cloud • Tableau Desktop • Tableau Prep Builder • MySQL • Undergraduate degree in mathematics, information technology related field, or equivalent working experience. • Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data transformation (ETL) pipelines for reporting purposes. • Experience building complex interactive dashboards. • Experience building high performing and scalable dashboards. • Ability to understand, develop and maintain complex SQL queries. • Excellent attention to detail related to accuracy, presentation and flow of reports and dashboards. • Demonstrated ability to execute and meet deadlines. • Communicates effectively, both orally and written. • Good to Have: Tableau Analyst certification. • Ability to pivot quickly when project requirements shift and effectively manage workload when priorities change.
