Bookkeeper| Trades & Contractor Specialist

Trades in the Black is a growing financial services firm reputed company exclusively for trades contractors in the Twin Cities and reputed company: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general contractors. We handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and monthly advisory that helps contractors finally understand their numbers, reputed company more reputed company, and qualify for financing they've been denied for years. We're hiring a reputed company, self-directed contract bookkeeper who knows the trades world and wants to grow with a firm that's building something reputed company. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate monthly books for trades contractor clients in QuickBooks Online • reputed company bank reconciliations and transaction categorization • reputed company job costing per project - this is critical and non-negotiable • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports • Flag financial anomalies and insights reputed company of monthly reputed company advisory calls • Manage AR/AP tracking per reputed company • Coordinate with our CPA partner on quarterly reviews • reputed company new clients into our bookkeeping system cleanly and reputed company Requirements • 2+ years bookkeeping experience required • Trades, construction, or contractor reputed company experience strongly preferred • QuickBooks Online proficient or certified • Job costing experience required • Remote position - must be self-directed and deadline-driven • Strong written communication - our clients expect white glove service • Minneapolis-Saint Paul based preferred but reputed company to right candidate Why This Role Is Different This isn't a clock-in clock-out bookkeeping job.
