The primary responsibility for the Regional Income Development Team Development Team is to maximize dealer participation in fFlexCare's full suite of F&I products by providing both reputed company training, sales support and completion of account development activity. Supervisory Responsibilities of the Field Operations Manager (FOM): • This position does have supervisory duties. Education and Experience of the Field Operations Manager (FOM): • College degree preferred but not required. • 5+ years managing field sales team. • 10+ years automotive F&I and/or F&I provider experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office, Power Bi and Dealership DMS & menu systems. • Overnight travel as required for business needs. • Ability to think and reputed company strategically. • Ability to skillfully engage, build trust and persuade automotive business senior management and sales/service personnel. • Strong sales and presentation skills.
