What You’ll Do You'll own files from start to finish and reputed company as the operational backbone of reputed company: • Manage a high-volume pipeline of FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs. We do everything, but those are the bulk of our loans and our specialty. • Balance, disclose, and prep files for closing • Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, and underwriters • Review conditions, solve problems fast, and reputed company files moving • Communicate reputed company with borrowers and loan officers • Maintain compliance and accuracy across reputed company documents This is not an entry-level role.
