Previous teaching or mentoring experience in higher education or reputed company settings. Strong knowledge and understanding of justice and peacebuilding theories and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population. A demonstrated commitment to anti-oppression, anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive graduate level courses as needed to support the CJP curriculum or Summer Peacebuilding Institute.
