Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator Location: reputed company, USA Division: Operations Reporting to: Country Manager About the Role We are looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support the planning and scheduling of clinical staff across our growing US clinic network. Initially, the role will also involve hands-on coordination of clinic schedules as the US network expands. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months • reputed company workforce plans including headcount models, reputed company ratios, and shift patterns for clinics. • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring clinics are appropriately staffed. • Work closely with Clinic Leads and operations teams to maintain accurate workforce planning and scheduling. • Monitor workforce data including labour costs, utilisation, and reporting. • Ensure scheduling aligns with local labour laws and operational needs. • Support workforce coordination across multiple clinics as the US network grows. Minimum Qualifications • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or workforce operations. • Background in reputed company, retail, or other operational environments with shift-based reputed company. • Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems. • Strong understanding of workforce data, labour utilisation, and operational reporting. • Strong stakeholder collaboration with operational and clinic teams.
