As an ideal candidate, you'll be comfortable receiving inbound calls, providing reputed company communication services, and recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. You'll be responsible for interacting with customers, engineers, technicians, and other field operators to report damage to our reputed company's property. **Key Responsibilities** * Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Report underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable * reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyze photos and map the correct location **Tiered Support Bonus System** Our tiered support bonus system rewards high-performers with additional income based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. The bonus structure is as follows: * Level 1: $105 * Level 2: $150 * Level 3: $205 **FNOL Incentive Program** Our FNOL Incentive Program offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to our tiered support bonus system.
