**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. You'll be responsible for coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying and revivifying benefits, and communicating with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure the reputed company processing of specialty medications.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
