**Position Summary**
We're currently recruiting top talent for our PST time zone Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Medicare members, educating them on plan benefits, and resolving inquiries with empathy and compassion. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Educating plan benefits**: You'll educate Medicare members on their plan benefits, answering questions and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts.
* **Utilizing compliant documentation standards**: You'll utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of customer interactions.
* **Providing empathetic and member-centric service**: You'll provide exceptional customer service, exceeding our members' expectations and ensuring that every interaction is respectful, kind, and thorough.
* **Exceeding member expectations**: You'll strive to exceed our members' expectations, providing proactive and innovative solutions to their needs.
* **Ensuring respect and kindness**: You'll ensure that every member is shown respect and kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **Customer Service experience**: You'll have experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Education**: You'll have a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
