For more information, visit [arenaflex website], including content shared during the Company's May 2022 Technology Day. **Primary Purpose** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will perform customer service duties in accordance with department and company objectives. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company to facilitate sales and the resolution of account or service problems. You will provide customers with information about products and services, solicit and maintain favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts, and develop relationships with internal and external customers that will benefit the overall business plan. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily interaction with customers, including preparing quotes, performing data entry, and following-up on customer orders * Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction * Training other Customer Service Representatives on daily activities, including RFQs and proper formatting * Processing strategic quotes for RFQs and working directly with Product Managers, Buyers, Account Managers, etc. * Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including Shipping, Planning, Engineering, and Quality * Processing and preparing large spreadsheets/LTA's for the Customer Support team * Preparing quotes for customers, including pricing and delivery, and coordinating with the necessary department to obtain pricing * Accepting orders from customers, booking orders to the applicable location, and coordinating adding the item master for part numbers as required * Handling initial rejected parts or paperwork from customers, coordinating with the Quality Department, and issuing an RMA when necessary * Working with Howmet Credit on past dues invoices or short pays, performing necessary research to resolve the problem, and initiating credit/debit memos as required * Obtaining knowledge of arenaflex products, including conversions, substitutions, and knowledge of competitor's products * Visiting assigned customers with coordination of Account Manager and Team Leader * Understanding customer's terms and conditions and long-term agreements, and possessing an understanding of contract language * Training co-workers and mentoring less-senior employees * Working with minimum supervision and handling a fast-paced work environment and stressful situations **Essential Qualifications** * 3 years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * 50+ Words per Minute * Familiarity with arenaflex systems (COP, CPQ, GCS) preferred * Ability to read, write, and understand English * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Familiarity with distributor accounts and specifics regarding distributor agreements and procedures **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with export-controlled items * Knowledge of aerospace fastening systems and related products * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Benefits and Compensation** The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays, and vacation.
