**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing superb, personalized customer service to all current patients, prospective patients, industry professionals, and the medical marijuana community
* Navigating multiple software and communication platforms to provide support
* Demonstrating professional telephone and chat etiquette
* Coordinating with other departments as needed
* Placing delivery orders on behalf of qualified Florida medical patients
* Assisting patients with existing delivery orders, including changing order contents, applying discounts, rescheduling the delivery date, or cancelling the order
* Adhering to all state-mandated policies, including HIPAA compliance
* Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for personnel
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* The ability to offer impartial service and support for all patient interactions
* The ability to adapt to changes in policy and procedure both at a company and industry level
* An eye for attention to detail and effective documentation
* Organization and initiative, good communication skills, critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, time management, discretion, and confidentiality
* The ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
* A minimum of six months of experience working in cannabis retail or customer service
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Regularly being able to speak and hear
* Sitting at a workstation for extended periods
* Using hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
* Reaching with hands and arms and ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries, and/or reports in written format
* Occasionally lifting and/or moving moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds
* Regular and predictable attendance is essential
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive starting pay rate of $16/hour, with opportunities for yearly or performance-based evaluations. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits, PTO, and paid holidays after their probationary period, which is 30 days. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package through United Healthcare, including health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance at low and competitive costs.
**Requirements**
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
* Be 21 years of age or older
* Be able to actively pass a level two federal background check
* Have obtained a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Have flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)
* Be able to lift 50lbs over their head, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, squat, etc., as necessary to get the job done
