**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals who will provide top-notch support to our customers through various social media channels. You'll work closely with our store managers to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, drive ideal team performance, and maintain store operations.
* Client Experience: Ensure that all team members provide a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
* Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules.
**What You'll Bring**
* Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives.
* Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines.
* Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks.
* Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed.
* Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable.
* This job requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit given by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities.
