Our team is passionate about making a difference in our customers' lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading our team, and ensuring the highest quality of products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable. You'll also lead our team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized solutions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Lead our team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service * Manage production flow to ensure that all production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards * Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services * Operate complex equipment, including digital imaging and finishing services * Ensure quality during and after production process * Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders * May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift * Assist in the training of store team members * Collate, sort, and organize customer orders * Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures * Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping related services and activities, including: + Providing customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates + Ensuring quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services + Offering assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods + Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies + Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services * Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to team members * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship, genetic information, age (except for bona fide occupational qualifications), sex, pregnancy (including childbirth or a related medical condition), disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military leave or service, status as a disabled veteran or other covered veteran status, participation in EEO protected activity, any other status protected by federal, state, or local law, or association with a person on the basis of one or more of the foregoing. * arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees. * arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
