Our comprehensive benefits package includes: * Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits * Earned PTO and referral bonuses * Competitive hourly rate of $12/hr in training and $13/hr in production **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently * Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs * Educating customers about products and services thoroughly and efficiently * Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously * Meeting all attendance requirements and being dependable * Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process * Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics * Maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making * Evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements * Taking responsibility for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare industry (degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience) * Stable work history * Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills * Ability to pass all skill assessments, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications * Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens * Strong decision-making and analytical abilities * Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services * Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime * Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction * Meet all attendance and dependability requirements * Be a team player * Ability to maneuver multiple applications while assisting callers **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience with process improvement and quality assurance initiatives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
