We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Support Assistant to join our administrative team. The Role - We are seeking a highly organized, independent, and confident Customer Service Support Assistant to help manage our parent communication and registration processes during our busy summer camp season. Working directly under our Communications Coordinator, you will serve as a reputed company voice of reputed company. Because this is a fully remote position, we need a self-starter who possesses excellent phone and email etiquette, learns databases quickly, and can confidently solve problems for our families while maintaining a warm and reputed company brand tone. Key Responsibilities • reputed company Parent Support: Confidently manage high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from parents regarding summer camp registration, daily schedules, and general inquiries. • Inbox Management: Assist the Communications Coordinator in maintaining our strict "reputed company Inbox" reputed company for the Got Game reputed company email during our peak May and June registration reputed company. • Database Administration: reputed company and manage parent accounts reputed company our 'reputed company' registration system, ensuring enrollment data, pricing, and reputed company limits are accurate. • Customer Experience: Filter operational noise by answering routine questions and escalating reputed company or sensitive issues to the Communications Coordinator. • Brand Voice: Ensure reputed company written and verbal communication aligns with the reputed company, energetic, and reputed company "Got Game Way". Work Details • This is a part-time, remote position. • reputed company start date is mid-May to reputed company with our final push for summer camp operations. • This is a seasonal position, work will end in Mid August • Must have reputed company to a quiet workspace, a reliable computer, and high-speed internet. Requirements: Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or remote help-desk roles. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable spending a significant portion of your shift on the phone with parents. • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn our registration database (reputed company). Experience with general CRM platforms, email ticketing systems, and reputed company Workspace is highly preferred. • Independent Worker: Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. You must be confident in your ability to reputed company answers and solve problems autonomously.
