This is a 100% work-from-home position (remote), with hands-on training and ongoing support from our senior dispatcher based in Orlando. Work From Home Requirements This is a remote position, candidates must have: • A reliable computer or laptop • A smartphone • Stable internet connection • A quiet place to work and take calls Schedule & Pay (What People Love) • Full-time: 5 days per week • 9-hour shifts (40 - 45 hours/week) • Weekly salary: $800 • Rotating weekends (fair and balanced) • No overnight shifts • No 24-hour shifts • Fixed, predictable schedule We prioritize work life balance and do not overwork our team. Typical Shift • Afternoon / Evening coverage • Clear shift handoffs • Team support, you’re never on an island What You’ll Do As a dispatcher, you will: • Answer incoming roadside assistance calls • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and technicians • Dispatch service providers accurately and efficiently • Ensure all calls are dispatched correctly and on time • Post and update calls accurately in our dispatch system • Monitor jobs from start to finish • Escalate issues when needed, support is always available Accuracy and communication are key in this role.
