Position Overview Peaden is seeking a • *Part-Time Evening Dispatcher** to support our service operations during peak evening hours. • *This Role Requires Someone Who Is** • Self-sufficient and dependable • Experienced in ServiceTitan • Skilled at making quick, confident decisions • Calm under pressure • An excellent communicator You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job - ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
