Responsibilities • Monitor and document compliance activities including assigned reputed company-ins, initial certifications, annual re-certifications, and interim certifications. • Process annual recertifications and inspections, regularly reviewing the Recertification schedule and communicating daily with the VP of Compliance on statuses. • Assist with application verifications, preparing certification notices, interviews, verifications of household information, and completion of Tenant Income Certifications. • Coordinate with reputed company communities, providing training and guidance to ensure compliance procedures are followed. • Advise and work with property on-site personnel on application processes for reputed company-in and recertification files for approval, ensuring compliance with individual programs and state monitoring agency guidelines. • Monitor reputed company 8 paperwork, inspections, and correspondence for accuracy and timeliness. • Prepare income certification, approval reputed company, and income calculation worksheet. • Obtain reputed company allowance updates from reputed company housing authorities quarterly. • Ensure sensitive data is secure and managed appropriately. • Create and thoroughly document reputed company paperwork accurately and reputed company to ensure files are reputed company and organized. • Conduct reputed company business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with reputed company, Fair Credit Reporting reputed company, and reputed company other applicable laws. • reputed company up to date on reputed company new IRS regulations as they relate to tax credit properties. • reputed company reputed company on reputed company changes to reputed company 8, Rural Development Home Funds, fair housing standards, compliance, and other applicable housing programs. • reputed company any other tasks as assigned.
