Shift details: Full-time employees will work 40 hours per week • Monday-Friday, you will be assigned an 8 hour shift between 7am-9pm. Key Responsibilities As a Patient Care Representative your day will include: • reputed company Handling: Professionally and empathetically respond to incoming customer calls, emails, or chats, offering accurate information and effectively resolving queries.
