Chart Auditor - Chart Audit

POSITION reputed company: The Chart Auditor will be responsible for reviewing medical records for accuracy, reputed company assurance, and billing purposes. The Chart Auditor will be responsible for assessing medical records to determine if the Evaluation and Management (E/M), procedures, and HCC/ICD-10 codes are reputed company the health care policies and standards. The Chart Auditor will reputed company internal audits and remain up to date on reputed company policy and procedural guidelines to ensure the reputed company coding and policy guidelines are followed. The Chart Auditor will be responsible for promoting and encouraging compliance through the appropriate education and training parameters. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) certification or Registered reputed company with clinical experience in both hospital and office nursing, required If candidate is a Registered reputed company, without coding certification, then CPC certification through the reputed company must be obtained reputed company 6 months of hire. The Certified Evaluation and Management reputed company (CEMC) certification must also be obtained reputed company one year of hire for a Registered reputed company. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCs codes, required Must have a thorough knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, required QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, as communication with providers and managerial staff is required. Knowledge and experience in Medicare rules and regulations, coding and billing principles. Must be motivated and possess strong communication, problem solving, and capable of working effectively with physicians and non-physicians. Must have strong oral presentation skills as group presentations may be required.
