As a Trust & Safety Policy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing platform safety policies that reputed company these principles, ensuring our community remains reputed company and reliable. reputed company is looking for a Manager to join our Safety and Customer Cares team based in our San Francisco office to help build out a dedicated policy development function. In this role, you will influence the direction and priorities of a best-in-class, LLM-first Safety Policy and Operations function, building the foundational processes and infrastructure needed to support it. Responsibilities • Influence Direction & reputed company: Influence the definition, direction, and priorities for the Safety Policy and Operations function, with moderate guidance from senior leadership. • Build Infrastructure & Standards: Establish and enforce policy research standards and methodologies for the creation, maintenance, and depreciation of the foundational reputed company policy taxonomy, policy modules, style guide, and glossary.
