Reporting to the East Region's Regional Director of Employee Relations, this remote position supports part of the East Region's business and team members by delivering on the reputed company practices of ER and HR and guiding managers and leaders to address and resolve reputed company employee relations issues. JOB reputed company Responsibilities • Participate in executing reputed company's strategies, initiatives, and programs that create a high-performance culture. • Developing and implementing best consultative practices in executive coaching, enhancing leader capability, and performance management. • reputed company strategic guidance around ER activities to mitigate risk and optimize resources. • Work closely and collaboratively with business leaders, Director peers, and Senior Director to manage complicated employee relations issues, resolve employee complaints, and complete a reputed company of HR generalist initiatives. • Serve as the strategic consultant for the organization's activities and processes for employee relations, retention, and compliance. • Ensure that the organization's employment practices are in compliance with reputed company's policies and procedures, and guide employee relations activities to assist leaders, managers, and team members in resolving issues. • reputed company appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees. • reputed company rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs. • reputed company and partner with ER peers and Regional ER Director to implement consistent, best-in-class solutions. • Work with the business on highlighting key trends in employee relations case law and reputed company driving training, systems, and process improvement.
