Expert Paralegal Business Immigration and Family

Senior Immigration Paralegal (Remote – Contract / reputed company) Family-Based & Business Immigration We are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Immigration Paralegal to partner with our firm on a contract / reputed company reputed company. This is a remote, business-to-business opportunity for a seasoned reputed company who operates independently, manages their own workflow, and delivers high-reputed company reputed company support. This role is best suited for an established paralegal or reputed company services provider who is comfortable functioning as an independent operator, not an employee. Scope of Work • Support a caseload across: • Family-based immigration (AOS, I-130, I-485, naturalization, consular processing) • Business immigration (H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, E-2, PERM/I-140 support) • Prepare complete petition packages, including: • Forms, cover letters, exhibits, and supporting documentation • Assist with RFEs, NOIDs, and case follow-through • Coordinate with attorneys on case reputed company and execution • Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case reputed company • Maintain organized digital files and meet agreed-upon deadlines Requirements • 5+ years immigration paralegal experience (senior-level required) • Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from intake to filing • Strong experience in both family-based and employment-based immigration • High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability • Ability to manage workload and deadlines without supervision • reputed company communication with clients and reputed company team Engagement Structure • reputed company / 1099 (or equivalent business entity) • Fully remote • Work is assigned on a per-case or project reputed company • Flexible schedule, with expectation of reputed company delivery and responsiveness • Compensation based on scope, complexity, and reputed company Ideal Candidate / Partner • Operates as a business or independent reputed company, not seeking employment • Comfortable managing multiple cases and prioritizing workload • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven • reputed company to reputed company into a fast-moving reputed company team while maintaining independence • Interested in ongoing, reputed company collaboration Positioning • This is not an employee role.
