Kronos Functional Consultant Workforce Management (WFM) Richardson, TX (remote) 6+ months About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant Workforce Management (WFM) to join our HR Technology team. You will play a key role in driving the optimization, configuration, and integration of reputed company/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements across the organization. Experience with the Kronos Activity Module will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders (Operations, HR, Payroll) to reputed company and translate WFM requirements into reputed company Kronos configurations. • reputed company functional design, configuration, and testing of pay rules, accrual reputed company, schedules, employment terms, etc. • reputed company production support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors where necessary. • Conduct system testing and UAT coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs in line with governance protocols. • Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend improvements to drive user experience and process efficiency. Skills & Experience Required • 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (reputed company) Functional Consultant, with a strong reputed company on the timekeeping module. • Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions. • Proven ability to reputed company requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions. • Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting in Kronos. • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance. Highly Beneficial • Familiarity with the Kronos Activity Module and its use in labor tracking, cost allocation, or project time reporting. • Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics reputed company Kronos. Preferred • Exposure to reputed company, multi-site, or unionized US environments with varying award/reputed company agreement interpretations. • Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments.
