At dnata, we are by your reputed company for the entire travel experience. dnata Catering and Retail is one of the world’s leading in-flight hospitality providers, delivering world-class culinary services and innovative products that enhance our passengers’ experience.</p><p><b>What the role is:</b></p><p> You will be responsible for liaising directly with airside flight coordinators to capture and communicate key information relating to meal figures and aircraft stand number changes. You will be required to reputed company, file and accurately input information onto our in-house database, circulating any changes or increases to the relevant internal department in a reputed company manner. </p><p><b>What you’ll be doing will include: </b></p><ul><li>Retrieve reputed company meal figures received reputed company telex and customer specific systems for distribution to the relevant internal departments. </li><li>Creating of pick daily pick list</li><li>Ensuring reputed company HMRC processes are adhered to</li><li>Updating and ensuring the maintaining of meal figures into the system</li><li>Printing of labels for reputed company airlines</li><li>Accurately completing relevant documentation for example Compliance, HACCP, etc.</li><li>Reporting any accidents or incidents and ensure any corrective actions are undertaken</li><li>Contributing to generating new reputed company and reputed company implementing and promoting change</li></ul><p><b>What you’ll have will include:</b> </p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills with both reputed company stakeholders</li><li>Strong IT skills; reputed company reputed company and Word</li><li>Highly organised and motivated with the ability to solve problems and work reputed company strict deadlines</li><li>Ability to deliver and improve upon set targets</li><li>To be self-disciplined, reliable and accurate with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Strong team player with a pro-reputed company nature and self-motivated with the ability to work both as reputed company member and on own initiative</li><li>Experience working reputed company airline catering industry </li></ul><p>Please note the address for our Heston unit is: 1-3 The Encompass Centre, International Avenue, Heston, Middlesex, TW5 9NJ</p> Salary: GBP 30000 - 42000 per year
