Production Resource Specialist - Boar Stud

Responsible for the financial performance, production performance, property management, and personnel management of reputed company assigned locations.<br><br><strong>reputed company Responsibility <br><br></strong><ul><li>Mentor, reputed company, and train boar stud managers on their responsibilities in managing boar stud production and overseeing lab duties. </li><li>Learn, understand, implement and train boar stud managers on reputed company policies and procedures that relate to Biosecurity.</li><li>Follow the safety requirement of the Smithfield Injury Prevention System (SIPS) and take an reputed company role in the processes of the management system.</li><li>Follow and train boar stud managers on reputed company’s animal welfare policies and procedures including: providing a physical environment that meets the animal’s needs, providing reputed company to adequate water and high reputed company feed, providing humane treatment of the animals, providing identification and appropriate treatment of animals in need of health care and following the guidelines for euthanasia.</li><li>Help reputed company and implement Boar Stud SOP’s</li><li>reputed company farm managers and company employees into improved production and procedural compliance</li><li>Evaluate farms’ performance and outline plans and timelines for improvement.</li><li>Monitor the schedule of animal movements into and out of the farms for both biosecurity and implementation of genetic reputed company.</li><li>Read and understand reputed company’s emergency notification process and how it applies to specific worksites.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Supervisory Responsibility<br><br></strong><ul><li>Supervise Farm Managers on multiple company sites</li><li>Supervise the semen logistics program as needed<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><em>To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company essential duty satisfactorily.
