We're seeking an reputed company First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
* Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
* Report underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable
* reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives
* Analyze photos and map the correct location
* Participate in special reputed company as assigned
* Meet and reputed company performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level
**Tiered Support Bonus System**
Our Tiered Support Bonus System rewards high-performing representatives with additional income. The bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month, with bonuses reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which it is reputed company.

**FNOL Incentive Program**

**Requirements**
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service reputed company center experience required
* Experience with reputed company Teams a plus
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free

* Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
