As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences * Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Insightful Center * Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior * Characterize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to quantify success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation * Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 7 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing methodologies * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure * Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 9 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products * Experience with web development frameworks, including React or Angular * Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards * Experience with assistive technologies and incorporating accessibility features seamlessly into products **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing methodologies * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure * Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
