As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive customer identity system across AdTech platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop a cutting-edge customer identity system that improves personalized customer experiences and drives targeted advertising efforts * Apply expertise in customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs * Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize customer experiences * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems * Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet arenaflex's technical and business requirements * Work closely with our marketing, IT, and data analysis teams to drive strategy and achieve business objectives **What We're Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field * 8+ years of experience in a software development role, with a focus on data-driven applications * 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management, with a strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers * Proven track record of designing and developing large-scale AdTech systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance * Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Nice to Have:** * Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering * Experience working in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment * Familiarity with data clean room technologies and online customer data security practices * Experience with consent and identity management tools **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range: $132,000 to $193,600, based on experience, education, and skills * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off * Opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, with a focus on career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools, with opportunities for professional development and training **arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** We're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and equitable, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
