**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining excellent relations with new and existing policyholders, resulting in increased levels of retention through proactive and reactive communication.
* Proactively contacting policyholders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
* Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated policies, collecting payments to reinstate policies, and addressing NSF (non-sufficient funds) and late payment issues.
* Analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations to meet their expectations.
* Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with other team members.
* Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
* An Active Property & Casualty License (P&C License) for the State of Georgia.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues and improving processes.
* Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and colleagues.
* Previous experience with Allstate and Advisor Pro is a plus.
