**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. **Responsibilities:**
As a Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects in a timely and professional manner
* Providing information about insurance products, coverage, and policies to ensure policyholders have a clear understanding of their policies
* Processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
* Investigating and resolving policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries in a fair and timely manner
* Assisting policyholders in filing claims and providing guidance on claim procedures to ensure a smooth claims process
* Handling escalated customer service issues and collaborating with team members to resolve complex problems
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating policyholder information as required
* Promoting additional insurance products and services to policyholders to help them achieve their financial goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Bilingual skills considered a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
