We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey. **Job Summary:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters.
