**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer expectations
* Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, propose solutions, and deliver results
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including printing, signs, and designs, and transportation
* Take complex customer orders, utilizing request systems and providing precise pricing information
* Collect and process payments, merchandise for delivery, and maintain a safe, clean, and precise retail location
* Process financial transactions using a Retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
* Clean, maintain, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
* Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail region product and signage
* Make proactive efforts to prevent errors and waste
* Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
* Maintain FedEx Office guidelines, as well as comply with legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 6+ years of specific experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure
* Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to report consistently to work and maintain established business hours to support the FedEx Office business
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
* Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services
* Experience with request systems and financial transactions
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
