We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and error and Examination group at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Disney Pack, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ in a single, unified platform. This position is essential to the expansion of DTC's real-time features in the US, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven insights and business growth.Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and prioritize the most pressing business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers, and developing insightful solutions to address these issues
- Helping to create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel and insights
- Performing in-depth pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
- Defining and investigating audience segments to drive Pack growth
- Coordinating with other Examination groups to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, as well as relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, interpret data patterns, and utilize a wide range of data sources and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
- Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds
