Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Customer Calls and Provide Assistance and Information: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve Customer Complaints in a Professional and Efficient Manner: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situation, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Process Orders, Returns, and Exchanges: Accurately process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Customer Records: Ensure that customer information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to Handle Challenging Situations with Patience and Professionalism: Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
