You'll be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers via live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, and you'll be expected to continually demonstrate your ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **What We Offer** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Company equity program * Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance * Unlimited paid time off * Paid family leave * Short-term disability * 401k plan * Reimbursement for education and professional development * Employee assistance program **Work Environment** As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.
