**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners
* Providing personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone
* Handling and resolving family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques
* Logging and documenting all interactions in the internal system
* Collaborating with colleagues and escalating issues when necessary
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and attendance requirements
**Desired Skills & Experience**

* Previous remote call center experience is a plus
