As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms, collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, and utilizing project management skills to prioritize and organize chat inquiries effectively.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
