**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers and service providers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance to service providers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing a professional and courteous experience
* Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner
* Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
* Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
* Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
* Collaborate with the remote team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Utilize technology to communicate with team members, participate in training sessions, and attend virtual meetings
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and web chat platforms
* Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
