To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Ability to type 25 wpm * Over 18 years of age * High School Graduate or GED * Predictable and reliable attendance **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 6-12 months of customer service experience * Consistent work history * Proven oral and written communication skills * Some technical background **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you'll need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a wired Ethernet LAN connection, and an internet connection that meets our minimum requirements.
