Financial Advisor / Fractional CFO for E-commerce Beauty Brand (Startup) - Contract to Hire

Description: What’s going on — I’m building a growing e-commerce brand and currently going through a rebrand + relaunch phase. I’m looking for someone solid to help me build out the financial side of the business the right way. I’m not just looking for basic accounting — I need someone who understands how to help a brand scale. What I need help with: • Financial projections (12–24 months) • Revenue and growth strategy (path to $50K–$100K/month) • Cost breakdowns, margins, and profitability • Budgeting and cash flow planning • Investor readiness (pre-seed stage guidance) • Input on pricing and scaling strategy About the business: • E-commerce brand (product-based) • Currently have a hero product with plans to expand the line • Focused on branding, customer experience, and long-term growth What I’m looking for: • Experience with e-commerce or CPG brands • Someone who thinks strategically — not just numbers • Experience as a Fractional CFO, Financial Advisor, or Startup Consultant • Ability to break things down in a simple, actionable way Bonus if you have: • Experience helping brands prepare for funding or investors • Strong understanding of scaling product-based businesses Engagement: Open to starting with a project (projections + strategy), with potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
