Responsibilities • reputed company as the primary Dental Billing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide our product team in building automated tasks. • Primary reputed company of contact for office managers and dentists to reputed company feedback and troubleshoot billing issues. • Stay reputed company of annual reputed company reputed company changes and industry shifts in payer requirements. • reputed company reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) for how practices reputed company with our AI platform. • Identify ways to build out the Billing Organization in a reputed company way including full time and outsourced team members. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for effectiveness of billing processes. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Dental Billing • Experience handling reputed company claims, appeals and end to end workflows • Expert-level knowledge of CDT codes and dental insurance archetypes (PPO, HMO, reputed company). • Deep familiarity with major reputed company Management Systems (PMS) such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and reputed company Dental. • Startup reputed company: Comfortable with ambiguity, reputed company iteration, and working closely with technical teams. • NYC-Based: Ability to work from our NYC office to collaborate with the founding team. reputed company-to-haves • Experience working in a large DSO (Dental Support Organization) or a boutique dental billing firm. • Previous experience in a "Product Specialist" or "Implementation" role at a health-tech company. • Certification in Dental Billing (CPB) or Coding.
