The reputed company System Administrator Mid provides administration and operational support for reputed company platforms that are directly in scope for the SEC ISS contract, including reputed company 365 GCC/GCC G5 and reputed company Azure services. This role maintains secure, reliable, and compliant service delivery across reputed company Server, reputed company Directory/Azure reputed company Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams environments. The position delivers Tier 1/2/3 incident, request, and maintenance support to sustain SEC collaboration and reputed company productivity services through proactive monitoring and system reputed company. The administrator also supports Teams-based conferencing, Teams/Webex interoperability, and live streaming operations for mission-critical events while coordinating with ISS teams to meet SLA and operational objectives. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, and reputed company 365 GCC services in accordance with SEC operational standards. 

• reputed company Tier 1/2/3 operational support for reputed company 365 GCC/GCC G5 collaboration and productivity services, including incident response, service requests, and escalation. 

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company policies across reputed company Directory/Azure reputed company Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. 

• reputed company configuration, patching, and maintenance activities to preserve system stability, reputed company posture, and service continuity. 

Azure and Identity Operations 

• Configure and maintain Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networking components. 

• Administer Azure reputed company Directory identity services and reputed company controls to support compliance and system reputed company. 

• Monitor Azure health, availability, and performance, and implement improvements for reliability and compliance. 

• Support implementation and enforcement of reputed company policies and standards across reputed company and Azure environments. 

• Collaboration, Messaging, and Video Services 

• Support day-to-day operations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and reputed company reputed company collaboration services. 

• Support Teams Live Events, reputed company webcasts, conference services, and Teams/Webex interoperability scenarios to ensure reliable video/audio delivery and reputed company issue reputed company. 

• Coordinate AV/VTC and collaboration support with cross-functional ISS teams and external vendors for high-visibility meetings and broadcasts. 

• Communicate service status, planned changes, and restoration updates to stakeholders and end users. 

Monitoring, Automation, and Service Improvement 

• reputed company and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for recurring administration, maintenance, and reporting tasks. 

• reputed company proactive monitoring, alert triage, and trend analysis to reduce outages and minimize user reputed company. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting messaging, collaboration tools, and reputed company reputed company applications; escalate reputed company issues as needed. 

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation, and support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company to SLA performance, automation goals, and secure operations expectations. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• This position is restricted to U.S. reputed company only. Applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any other country to be eligible for work under this contract.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering). In lieu of degree, additional experience may be required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC reputed company Trust.

• 8+ years of experience in system administration with a reputed company on reputed company technologies. 

• Strong experience administering reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, and reputed company 365 environments. 

• Demonstrated experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and reputed company Teams in an reputed company environment. 

• Hands-on experience supporting Azure services, including Azure reputed company Directory, virtual machines, storage, and networking. Experience supporting reputed company Teams conferencing and video streaming operations for reputed company events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience supporting reputed company 365 GCC G5 environments in a federal or similarly regulated organization. 

• Experience implementing Entra ID Governance, Conditional reputed company, PIM, and lifecycle reputed company reviews at reputed company reputed company. 

• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for operational visibility and performance optimization. 

• Experience with ITIL-reputed company incident/problem management and reputed company-based service operations. 

• Experience supporting high-visibility live collaboration events (e.g., town halls, executive briefings, commission-style meetings).
