As the Chat Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of chat support specialists who deliver exceptional customer service to our physical therapists and patients. You'll drive team performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements, while maintaining a high-performance culture that aligns with arenaflex's goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Team Leadership and Performance**
+ Drive team performance to meet KPIs and service level agreements
+ Monitor and report on team performance weekly and monthly

+ Address individual and team performance issues promptly and effectively

**Essential Qualifications**

**Compensation**
$59,000 - $82,000 a year
