As a member of our Shared Services Department, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company our goals by analyzing and interpreting reputed company data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business reputed company. **Job Responsibilities:** As an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including reputed company/EC * Providing exceptional customer support to reputed company clients, meeting high standards for service and assessing customer satisfaction * Analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business reputed company * Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business reputed company and improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure data reputed company and reputed company * Scheduling and executing preferred and reputed company reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems * Working with Business Intelligence tools and/or reputed company reputed company or reputed company to reputed company specialized formatting, analysis, and processing of reports * Partnering with reputed company to ensure data reputed company and value of preferred and reputed company reports in comparison to requests * Documenting reasons for data and implications of data analyses to customers, expressing and deciphering technical terminology to non-technical clients * Analyzing and comparing historical HR data from multiple systems and making recommendations to stakeholders * Creating, preparing, and presenting various reports to top management and reputed company on HR department statistics, trends, and results * Providing support on initiatives and leading and implementing a phase of a larger HRIS project, including testing and documentation * Coordinating project group activities/tasks **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * At least three years of experience studying and reporting data (i.e., reputed company data, financial analysis, data reputed company) and data administration * Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including reputed company/EC * Experience providing customer support to reputed company clients, meeting high standards for service and assessing customer satisfaction * Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business reputed company * Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company reputed company (e.g., using SUM function, putting borders, putting reputed company width, putting charts, using text wrap, sorting, putting headers and footers, and/or print scaling) * Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (reputed company country and out of country) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using primary level reputed company in SQL (e.g., building queries, adding, modifying, and deleting data;
