About the Role:

As a Customer Service Monitoring Representative, you'll play a critical role in our alarm monitoring process, ensuring that our customers receive reputed company and effective support reputed company they need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
