**Experienced Full Stack Graphics Developer – Web & Cloud Application Development**

Our team of talented professionals is passionate about creating engaging content that captivates and inspires our audience. **Job Summary** As a Graphics Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging graphics and visual effects for our live productions. You'll work closely with our team of creatives, engineers, and producers to bring our vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of world-class content. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement engaging graphics and visual effects for live productions using Vizrt, Ross Xpression, or Unreal Engine * Plan, build, maintain, and update realistic registries with minimal oversight or in collaboration with a team of engineers * Interpret project details and creative direction into custom, motion, and format arrangements * Provide research and support for event and studio registries * Utilize various graphics software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Cinema4D, to assist in the creation of graphics and motion * Use and master internal proprietary software and work processes * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including touchscreen, interactive, virtual studio, data visualization, augmented reality, and more * Collaborate with management and partners to set expectations and ensure timely and effective delivery * Conduct research and answer technical questions regarding design/activity methods and work processes * Adhere to all inclusive work processes, scripts, and cycles * Engage with equipment and software updates and new studio constructs * Assist colleagues and contribute to onboarding and training * Collaborate with the arenaflex Imaginative Studio team to contribute to long-term projects * Push imagination and programming skills to new heights, investigate new technology, and deliver on all stages of a project to maintain the quality of arenaflex's live content * Participate in unique tasks like in-house/off-site training and technical support for packagers, remote consultants, and vendors * Notice graphic arrangement deviations and uphold arenaflex's graphic look * Plan image documents for programs * Contribute creative ideas, pushing plans to a higher level, and learn new software to improve individual flexibility in the office * Adhere to proper record management procedures to ensure efficient filing and subsequent retrieval of activities * Recognize, report, and assist with investigating equipment/programming/workplace issues * Adhere to all authoritative obligations, including time tracking and daily reporting requirements * Maintain exclusive standards of productivity, consistency, precision, imagination, and timely delivery, in all cases * Track and report on value of commitments **Essential Qualifications** * Transitional knowledge of a continuous graphics platform like Vizrt, Ross Xpression or Unreal Engine * Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects * Excellent understanding and regular use of vector design * Apparent 2D animation skills * Experience working with graphics for live production or broadcast setting * Interest in or experience with broadcast and TV production technologies * Ability to write and investigate Viz Pre-arranging (visual essential), C#, Javascript, C++ and other programming languages * Inclination and eagerness to learn and apply new ideas, procedures, and software * Possessing communication skills, assisting team leaders and management with setting expectations for timely delivery and taking course well * Drive to contribute new and innovative ideas * Ability to assist with new equipment, software, and studio constructs * Extremely energetic, functions well under pressure, really focuses on tasks and heads in a different direction without any problem * Sharp attention to detail, spelling, and grammar * Ability and eagerness to work flexible hours and at times travel and work in a live-television setting * Candidates should provide a link to their online portfolio/demo reel **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with live transmission sports graphics experience including event or potentially studio work processes * Familiarity with Vizrt and Triplet software * Experience with or understanding of graphics playout in a live setting * Experience with 3D graphics, modeling, and animation with experience in Cinema4D, Maya, Unreal Engine or other 3D animation program * Strong ability to write and investigate Viz Pre-arranging (visual essential), C#, Javascript, C++ and other programming languages * Strong interest and knowledge of sports culture * Should have solid transportation to work **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $23/hour * Opportunity to work with a world-renowned leader in the sports and entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and software * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects and events **How to Apply** If you're a creative and technical professional with a passion for sports and entertainment, we want to hear from you!
