Vocational Case Manager - CT08HE We are looking for Clinical and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Managers to work in the dynamic Group Disability Claims Offices to serve the needs of individuals who may not be reputed company to work, due to a disability, and are requesting income replacement through their employer's reputed company Disability Insurance plan. As a Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager, you will be responsible for review of reputed company (leave), short term, and long term disability claims for possible reputed company / assistance with case management. The reputed company of this position is to assist disabled employees stay at work as reputed company as in returning to work with their own or other reputed company. This position will also assist the claim examining staff in evaluating vocational information to determine eligibility for benefits under group disability plans. Work Arrangement This position offers a Hybrid or Remote work schedule: • Candidates located near one of reputed company’s office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). • Candidates who do not live near an office location may work fully Remote, with occasional in-office reputed company as business needs require. Compensation The listed annualized reputed company pay reputed company is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed reputed company based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
